Managing Your Subscription
HomeTally Premium subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
- Find and tap HomeTally
- From here you can change or cancel your subscription
If you cancel, you'll retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your inventory data is never deleted — it remains accessible in the free tier.
Restoring Purchases
If you've reinstalled HomeTally or switched devices, your Premium subscription should restore automatically when you open the app. If it doesn't, ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Data and Privacy
All your inventory data is stored locally on your device. If you need to transfer data to a new device, enable iCloud Sync (Premium feature) before making the switch. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Deleting Your Data
Since HomeTally stores all data on your device, you have full control:
- Delete individual items, rooms, or properties within the app
- Delete the app to remove all locally stored data permanently
- If iCloud Sync was enabled, remove synced data through your device's iCloud settings
Known Limitations
- Valuations: Estimated values are based on general market data and should not be used as professional appraisals.
- iOS Requirement: HomeTally requires iOS 17 or later.
